Born and raised in the San Jose, Anh Phoong moved to Sacramento at a young age and considers Sacramento her hometown. She attended California State University Sacramento, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with honors.

After earning her bachelor’s degree, Mrs. Phoong attended Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Not only did she earn a J.D., but she also graduated as the valedictorian of her class. She earned faculty achievement awards for Evidence, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Real Property and Remedies.

Mrs. Phoong has settled hundreds of cases over the last several years resulting in millions of dollars in verdicts for her clients. As a previously injured victim of an auto accident herself, she is fully aware of the physical, emotional and mental toll the claims process can be. She fights aggressively and diligently for her clients so that they can focus on recovering from their injuries. She is aware there are many personal injury firms to choose from and firmly believes that the personal level of service and direct communication with her clients is what sets her apart from the other firms.

Mrs. Phoong’s professional ambitions are guided by a genuine desire to see her clients compensated for the injustices they have wrongly suffered. She fights relentlessly for her clients, regardless of the complexity of the case. Mrs. Phoong’s philosophy is that everyone is entitled to a fair settlement or their day in court.

For fun Mrs. Phoong enjoys spending time with her family and her young daughter. She believes in giving back to her community and continues to support her community through charity events and sponsorships.
